A New House, A New Start...

So, the Ms. and I packed up and moved; we packed all our stuff, packed up all the kids, packed up all the dogs, and trotted of to our new dwelling of comfort.  I can promise you ALL, I will NEVER move again until the day I retire and there will never be another after that.

On the bright side of things, tearing down, packing up and then off to pack up brings new beginnings for art.  I've got a brand new set up for my art table and gear, and now just have to find room for all my supplies.  I even managed to finish a painting I've had on the go for the better part of 3 years.  Now though, it's back to the ink.

WORK UPDATE:

1.)  Got a boatload of pages from my BenFerrari for his issue #2 of his The Carriers title.  We're almost done with the issue, and Brianskipper is right behind me getting all the colours finished.  I've also got a pinup for Ben in the works for his next issue of War Correspondence, a pinup style book based on his Carriers characters.  I plan to have that all finished up over the next 1-2 weeks.

2.)  More pages are in and I'm back to work over kevinenhart on the Glitch title due out later this year from 215 Ink.  Again with this title, we're getting close to finishing it up; this is just Issue #1 in what I think is a 4 Issue mini?

3.)  I've got pages done, and a few more I'm working on for The Don of comics, DON-WALKER;  can't show any of it until Don gives me the go ahead, but honestly, it's freakin' awesome!  And to boot, his title Agent: Wild, for which I did a few pages of inks, some logo work and a few other tidbits here and there, is out for the public to see!  I should have my copies of the book sometime next month.  It too, is awesome!!

4.)  I've got commissions finished up for 5thezombie  and arielniweihuang .  They are all packaged up and waiting for my commission in return to come.  Once they do, their original commissions are off to them free of charge!

5.)  All the contest winners from my Colouring Contest should be on the lookout for their respective packages.  They were all shipped out May 8.  Please, please, be patient.  They are going via "snail mail" to save on some costs for shipping, but they will get to you.  I hope you're all happy with what you get! 

6.)  I've been lucky enough to have a few very talented artists send me some high-res files.  I'll be getting to those as I work through my workload.  They are some incredible pencils that I'm excited to get to!
